Compete against your colleagues to cook the perfect paella under the guidance of our master chefs. Set in a gorgeous 12th Century country house,
surrounded by fresh air and vineyards, and just a stone's throw from the sea - the source of the wonderful ingredients you'll be enjoying as a result of this great competition
Our experienced chefs guide you in learning all there is to know about making the perfect paella, giving a live demonstration before setting you off to do the same. The paella cooking contest is held at a traditional masia (Catalan country house) in one of Catalonia's wine-producing regions, a lovely rural spot just 20 minutes from the city!
Your group will be divided into teams of 10-12 people per paella, and you will work together, guided by one of our chefs, in preparing this world-famous dish. When the paellas are finished, our master chef will go around and submit them to the test. The one to most delight his palate will be declared the winner. Be careful with whom you share your newfound skills back home or you might never leave your kitchen again!
The best bit, however, is what awaits the patient cooks at the end of this culinary journey: eating your own, homemade paella! Served with a crisp white wine or a stouter red if you prefer, your meal is completed with a traditional starter and dessert as well as beer and soft drinks as required.
