Montjuïc Castle Challenge

Montjuïc Park - the site of ancient Roman quarries, a 17th century castle, the 1929 International Fair and the 1992 Olympic Games.

Montjuïc is endlessly fascinating, full of colourful stories, historical anecdotes as well as lush gardens and some of the best views of Barcelona! Join us on an unforgettable team building challenge, that will show you Barcelona's past and present and lots of beautiful places while you put your mental skills to work and enjoy a fun-filled day outdoors!

Before the game begins, we divide your group into teams - we suggest teams of 6 to 8 people. Then we give you your team kit bag - containing a map, a digital camera, and the roadbook with clues and challenges for your team

The game revolves around a series of clues. Each clue you solve takes your team one step further along the game route. Plus, there's several curious things to see along the way - spotting them earns you extra points! The game takes full advantage of the rich, eventful history and diverse landscape of Montjuïc, but you don't need any prior knowledge to successfully play the game - just a keen mind, a little bit of imagination and lots of creative teamwork.

Montjuïc Park is by far one of the prettiest spots in Barcelona, boasting gorgeous views of the city, Tibidabo Mountain and the Mediterranean Sea. Our route takes you through several beautiful gardens and to landmarks like the National Art Museum of Catalonia, the Montjuïc Castle, the Olympic Stadium and a whole lot more.

The game does involve quite a bit of walking (some of it uphill) so we recommend wearing comfortable shoes. But don't worry, although time is an essential factor in completing the game successfully, we don't want anyone to suffer - and there are plenty of opportunities to enjoy the scenery, take a little break or even have an ice-cream or coffee at the top of the hill. Our Montjuïc Castle Challenge is a highly entertaining activity that builds team spirit, improves communication and boosts creative thinking - and you get to spend a few hours outside, enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean weather and one of our city's most charming attractions.
